Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Remain in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Please contact us at [email protected] before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.


Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Health/personal care items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt — for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
